How do I make purchases of the products in Woosa-Woosa?

We will send you a confirmation mail of your order together with our bank details and the total amount included postage fee.

Make payment via Maybank or bank transfer. Please notify us by sending an e-mail or text after payment have been made.

We will proceed with your orders after payment is confirmed.

- We accept Internet & ATM banking/transfer to our Maybank account
- Paypal
- DBS (singapore)


What should I include in the payment ?
- Your payment should include the total of your purchases and postage fee.


What are the postage charges ?
- Below 500g : West Malaysia (RM 6)
                      : East Malaysia (RM 8 )


How long do i have to wait?
For Malaysian buyers, it will take 2-5 days to reach you.
For international buyers, it will takes about 2 weeks , not including potential delays due to customs

International customers eligible to make purchases?
- Yes, we always welcome international buyers and we will give you the appropriate postage fee according to your country. Just drop us a note and we will get back to you a.s.a.p.   


Is there any refund/exchange policy?
- All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable
